DESIGN PHASE OF CONSTRUCTION
Let Hickey Construction assist you with your project from conception to completion. Our client’s prefer to work with us in this manner. We work with designers and architects to help manage the cost and work within your budget. We can also work with an existing architect that you have selected. This planning phase will give you a realistic estimate of your project’s cost prior to embarking in this endeavor. The cost for design or architectural drawings is separate and is not included.

✔ Experience in specific project areas?
✔ Past experience with working within budgets.
✔ Any complaints with city/state agencies?
✔ Are they licensed, bonded and insured?
✔ Past job references.
